Summer Drama Camp accepts credit cards, checks, and money orders. All credit card payments must be made for the full tuition amount. If you are paying by check or money order, you may pay the full camp tuition or a $200 non-refundable deposit. Payment must be received within 7 days of the date you register. All balances must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the camp session for which you are registered. Upon submitting your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not, please contact us ASAP to avoid losing your spot in our program.

*For Camp Sessions 1, 3, 4, & 5, there is a bus going TO CAMP, but NOT HOME from camp. Parents are invited to attend a final day BBQ and then will bring campers home with them.
For SESSION 2 ONLY, there is NO BUS going to camp, only a bus HOME from camp. Parents are invited to visit our beautiful facilities on our opening day of camp, and then campers will travel home by bus on the final day.


**Campers traveling by airplane: Summer Drama Camp will provide an airport shuttle service to and from camp for an additional $40. Plan to fly into and from SFO: arrive 10am - 2pm (PST) on the 1st day of camp, leave 1pm - 5pm (PST) the final day of camp. Please call us with your flight information (415.240.6852), so we can make the necessary arrangements.

The person herein described has permission to engage in all Overnight Summer Drama Camp activities. I hereby give permission to Summer Drama Camp to provide routine health care, administer prescribed medications, and seek emergency medical treatment including ordering x-rays or routine tests. I agree to the release of any records necessary for insurance purposes. I give permission to Summer Drama Camp to arrange necessary related transportation. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician selected by Summer Drama Camp to secure and administer treatment, including hospitalization, for the person named above. This completed form may be photocopied for trips out of camp. I also agree to allow my child to be used in any or all promotional photographs and videos. Furthermore, I understand that Summer Drama Camp will contact me periodically by email, phone, or traditional mail regarding current and future programs, updates and changes.

I have enrolled the afore-named child or children ('Child') in the program ('Program'). I understand the Child's participation in the Program involves exposure to inherent risks that cannot be eliminated. I also understand that the Child's participation in the Program may involve the use of ropes courses, archery, rock climbing walls, swimming, zip line, horseback riding, and other like activities, which have the potential risk of injury. Individually and as the parent or guardian of the Child, I HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with the Child's participation in the Program including all risks associated with the above and other Summer Drama Camp activities. Despite my understanding of the foregoing risks, I, individually and as the parent or legal guardian of the Child, AGREE NOT TO SUE AND TO RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SUMMER DRAMA CAMP, and their representatives, owners, employees and agents for any damage or injury arising out of the Child's participation in the Program regardless of the cause, including NEGLIGENCE.

I understand that the foregoing is a LIABILITY RELEASE and a MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION that is legally binding on me, the Child, our heirs and our legal representatives and I sign it of my own free will. I acknowledge that the foregoing is binding during the 2008 summer camp season.
